The First Actual Release

This is the first actual release of hanzitopinyin, which converts subtitles in Simplified Chinese characters (hanzi) to subtitles in Simplified Chinese romanization (pinyin). This is useful for learners of the Chinese language.
Optionally, a translation to English can be added to the subtitles. This requires a DeepL authentication key (a free one is enough)
