Hello Some fonts size looks really small. For Ex. in Navbar, Button, Popup close icon etc.

16px is body font

I can second this issue, the default setup is too small for our uses. I have made a custom spectre build with the following $html-font-size: 23px !default; but it would be nice to have a slightly larger default.

@iamchetanp Spectre default font size is 16px (.8rem) in v0.4.4.
