Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

We don't currently flag that a blocker is using a pkgmove source.

See https://bugs.gentoo.org/923424, fixed in ::gentoo commit f5ed276f70cc61e7236a5e7bc4d7db50543d74d3.

Expected Behavior

Warn or error on using old names (pkgmove sources) as blockers.
