Changes###

• Fixed bug where resolutions were not showing up for collections with multiple resolutions in cmr.
• Cleaned up resolutions that had too many trailing zeros after conversion from m to km.

@davidcolemanjpl please test in hitide UAT. Collections like SWOT should show multiple spatial resolutions in the Information pages.
