Makes it possible to disable presenting a UIViewController instance via a UIBinding transaction:

var transaction = UITransaction()
transaction.uiKit.disablesAnimations = true
return present(
  item: item.transaction(transaction),
  onDismiss: onDismiss
) { model in
  SPAlertController(model: model)
}
