add hyprland to default list of desktop environments

Title pretty much says it all. It's easy enough to add a

	(-5, BestEffort(4)): [
		"Hyprland"
	],

to the assignments directory, but still would be nice if it just worked by default

I don't believe that hyperland has any integration with the window focus feature of the system76-scheduler (which would be cool to see!), meaning that hyperland users wont get the full belefit of the scheduler. Hyperland would just need to implement the correct protocol, like how pop-shell/cosmic-comp/and the KDE extension do.
