Somehow in #1301, the build of those CSS files included the source maps. (Previously, they did not include source maps.) We're not sure exactly how it happened, but it may have been a local configuration issue when the script was run. |

This PR updates shiny.js. It also includes different builds of bootstrap.min.css and ion.rangeSlider.css which are much smaller because they do not include the source map embedded in the CSS file.
