This repo has some generic queries that can be run against AWS detailed billing reports tabe, once they are loaded to BigQuery. For more details about why we chose BigQuery for something like this, read this post from Powerupcloud Blog
Take a look at Queries.md page from this repo and use them. Please feel free to raise a pull request of you would like to add more queries or if you can make existing queries better.
