I'd like to suggest we drop the list of people. Too hard to maintain. How about we point to the Github team?

Yes, there's a CLA, but it's not currently enforced.

Do we want to add anything here about prebid org membership? Do we have any reviewers not part of Prebid org?

I'm not sure if we want to revoke core team status upon member company departure, but it hasn't come up yet afaik. Mark for example just asked to be taken off upon departure from Magnite.

yeah I was thinking about that, I don't think we need to limit it to member companies at this time.
