lifecycle.svg: Rewrite and align.

Changes

changed lifecycle.svg(and png):

• re-write svg, the old one looks like it was drawn by a gui tool.
• align the text & rectangles
• change arrow smaller, because the old one looks a little havy, and have no space to leave blank for words.
