Allow the metric value to be pre-scaled based on a float64 multiplier. This allows for simple unit conversions like bits to bytes, centi-degrees, etc. Fixes: #734 Signed-off-by: SuperQ <superq@gmail.com>

very nice, one thing that i noticed is that we do almost the same with modbus_exporter but named it "factor" instead of "scale" |
