The version.xml is not updated to the latest version
Please change to next release.
Now "Can be upgraded" is shown in the Plugins gallery, even though the latest version is installed.

Hello,
We are upgrading our OJS to the stable 3.3.0.14 version and our PHP to PHP8. We have a journal that uses the publons plugin and finding that it's outdated and not compatible with the upgrade. Is there plans to update the plugin to run on newer versions of OJS and php8?
