This release separate SinglePlayer and MultiPlayer.
In SinglePlayer you are able to edit the csv with commands.
in MultiPlayer you can set an url to download the csv file.

This version is fully client side, by that I mean that the csv file is updated only on your computer.
The script and MsLayout.csv should be put in /config/EssentialClient/Scripts.
