Github has a button next to code blocks that lets you copy that block to your clipboard. It took me too long to realize that the install commands I copied included a
$
character, based on the formatting in the code blocks here.This PR removes those dollar signs from single commands that would be useful to copy, to eliminate the confusion I had.
I left the dollar signs in the blocks that show both commands and their output.
