…nclude "seconds" for clarity. `Arrow.__add__(int)` does not perform time arithmetic, apparently.
…float` for time comparison. The signature for `on_reaction_add` is apparently `(Reaction, User)`, not `(Message)`
… `chosen_team.value.emoji`. These changes resolved a missing emoji error and attribute error. Also added some logging.
This prevents users from rapidly accumulating (or losing) points during the same round.
Also remove TODO resolved in previous commit.
