- RulesBot has access to your publicly available account information, such as your username, profile picture, and any other information you have chosen to make public.

- RulesBot collects the requests you send to it. These requests are necessary for RulesBot to function and provide you with the services you request.

Group Messages:
- RulesBot processes all messages sent in the groups where RulesBot is a member. This is done to provide the services offered by RulesBot without requiring users to explicitly prompt the bot.

- The information collected is used solely to provide and improve RulesBot's services. For instance, your requests and group messages are processed to give you the responses and services you seek.

Exception Debugging and Review:
- Administrators of RulesBot may review the information, including your requests and group messages, for purposes of debugging exceptions and ensuring the proper functioning of RulesBot.
- Requests to join groups maintained by RulesBot may also be reviewed to manage and approve membership appropriately.
- RulesBot does not permanently store any of the received data and requests. All information is processed in real-time and discarded once the interaction is complete.
- Temporary access to your requests and group messages may be retained only for the time needed to debug exceptions or review group membership requests.
