The family definition for SEND/SEND_GEN appears to have been copy-pasted from for_iter and not updated.

Fixing this also triggered an error in the cases generator due to the mismatch in stack effect between SEND and SEND_GEN. Making SEND_GEN consistent with SEND seems to fix this without ill effects.
