Description

Reworks the deferred_exec code to allow for external tables to be specified, so as to not collide with any user-initiated deferred execution.

Core code can use *_advanced APIs instead, specifying their own tables -- for instance Quantum Painter has a configurable number of animations, and these new APIs allow the deferred execution limits to match the number of required animations.
