Add missing license headers Drop the dependency between docs and sources since we don't use code imports. This also solves a releasing issue with JAR dependencies not built at the generate-resources phase (used for doc versioning).

Add missing license headers
Drop the dependency between the docs module and the sources, we don't use it.
It was causing errors in the release job because
