instead of enforcing source code to live at ~/discovery, allow it to run from any path.
Forcing User/Group was preventing initialization of redis container (on fedora 39). Removing these options did allow podman to properly map host to container user in rootless mode.
host user id wasn't properly mapped to container user id.

tested end-2-end with both old and new ui (https:8443 and http:8080). 👍 |

Add support for the shiny and new UI container, alongside some fixes.
