[2.8] Update the naming convention in all the security-scan configs to version: cis-1.x from 1.x

kube-bench uses the version name in all the configs as cis-1.x (see more here), we should follow the same in security-scan.

Update version: 1.x to version: cis-1.X for all the configs in security-scan (including older configs.)

Naming convention in all the configs is updated and is as expected. Hence closing the issue.
