[2.7] Update the naming convention in all the security-scan configs to version: cis-1.x from 1.x

Backport of #248

kube-bench uses the version name in all the configs as cis-1.x (see more here), we should follow the same in security-scan.

Update version: 1.x to version: cis-1.x for all the configs in security-scan (including older configs.)

Validate on rancher v2.7-head(f963489), with CIS chart version 4.3.0-rc4.
Naming convention is updated for all configs, hence closing the issue.
