Changes in default values

• s2_list(): argument availability has default value "ignore" unless server = c("scihub", "gcloud"), in which case default is "check".

Bug fixes

• Fix #407.
• Avoid messages "Spherical geometry (s2) switched on/off".
• Minor fixes.
