👋 Hello, this is Rasul!

I am a Senior Software Developer & Consultant with over 7 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions. Holding certifications including MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), and MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer). And I am specializing in .NET with a strong focus on Distributed Systems with extensive experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Extreme Programming.
