- Tip dates are now being sampled properly. Previously, the Tip Date Random Walk operators were not moving the old gene nodes with the calibrated species tree node. This would lead to negative branch lengths. But now, the trees are moving together. In order to use these new operators when sampling tip dates, please use the new 'StarBeast3 MRCA Prior', rather than the standard 'MRCA Prior', and set tipsOnly to true.
- The Yule Skyline nodel is now compatible with StarBeast3. Please update the BICEPS package to use this tree prior
