Escape inputs in QBE objects #451

We would like to escape all fields in order to leave the user free in their searches.
not all fields necessarily have special characters but doing a search for each field and each special character would take time, we would like generalised management (not specific by field)

Query By Example object values of type TAG and TEXT should be escape by default
