Currently, ddev restart will destroy Solr indexes, which will have to be recreated afterward with ibexa:reindex.
This PR makes this data persistent.

@mateuszbieniek : using the script as it is, ddev restart is not removing indexes for me:

# from solr admin
CWD:/opt/solr-8.11.2/server
Instance:/solr-conf/server/ibexa/collection1
Data:/solr-conf/server/ibexa/collection1/data
Index:/solr-conf/server/ibexa/collection1/data/index
Impl:org.apache.solr.core.NRTCachingDirectoryFactory

/solr-conf is mounted to the projects .ddev/solr directory which stores the index. Or am i missing something ?
