Important Notice

This is extracted from https://github.com/google/certificate-transparency-go X509 package - which is itself a fork of the crypto/x509 Go package. The original source can be found on GitHub.

The main reason of this for is to make the SECP192R1 (prime192v1) curve available and usable without raising an error.
