Public stable release of http dot command for the Spectrum Next.

Note that there's no change since 1.0-26rc - and that the versioning will follow semantic versioning from here on.

Feature highlights:

• Download and save files
• Download data directly into user defined banks
• POST/upload data from a bank to an http endpoint
• Some cspect emulated EPS support (7bit encoding)

Fully tested with the following ESP AT command sets:

• 1.1.0.0
• 1.2.0.0
• 1.3.0.0 (most common)
• 1.6.0.0 (which is typically problematic)
