Reliable color sets & automated font size
The getColorSet method in the Color.php file has been updated to clarify the returning color set based on HSL value. Additionally, type hinting has been added for clarity and to reduce potential bugs.

The bug report template for GitHub issues has been updated to reflect newer software versions. This change ensures that users can select from 1.3.X, 1.2.0, 1.1.0, and 1.0.0 when reporting bugs, improving the accuracy of version-related bug reports.
