Auto-create helpful labels after App installation

  • Create helpful labels in their repository — right now just automerge
    • automerge should have a useful description and a red color so people know it's a mutative action

I was thinking we could even call it merge and just add help text in the description. What do you think

@mfix22 I'd lean towards verbosity since you're mostly just clicking on it in a dropdown. If they allow spaces, maybe just merge when passing
