This PR checks if current user can activate the `shared` or `dedicated` mode. Only super users can do this. * Adds a validation for `isShared` and `isDedicated` properties in marshmallow schema. * Closes #351. Co-Authored-by: Sébastien Délèze <sebastien.deleze@rero.ch>
