* Creates a deposit resource with JSON schema and elasticsearch indexing. * Adds configuration for allow disabling permission checks. * Provides API endpoint for retreiving logged user. * Adds a custom REST endpoint for handling file upload. * Improves users fixtures creation. * Closes #82.
