Create installer for neutralinojs app

1. Download and install Inno Setup (https://jrsoftware.org/isdl.php)
2. Run Inno Setup and create a new script file using the Script Wizard
3. Follow the steps in the wizard and setup what ever you want/need
4. After the wizard you should see the code in Inno Setup and you can add or change whatever you want/need.
