Added the ability to create sample meetings as a template for creating meetings. Goes along with ticket #5
In the UI we'd likely have a DDL for Rise8 employees to select from sample meetings and have it pre-populate the textfields. There'd also be a button that shows a modal to create a new sample meeting.
