This is most likely this is an issue with window refreshing and resetting the scrollbar. It should be pretty easy to save that and reset it. I will look into this.
When inspecting the detailed information for a single diagnostics item, the the window scrolls back to the top whenever new data it received.
This makes it very difficult to watch the status of diagnostics items that don't fit in a single pane.
