Small fixes to code for users running only shapefiles and/or shapefiles and center points. Added handling of user-defined project names to document DSWE type.

Alpha version of the end-to-end workflow

Initial alpha release of the end-to-end workflow. This includes the most conservative masking processes for Landsat Collection 2. This will remain an alpha release until reviewed by USGS partners.
