RAW_BYTE_STRING_CONTENT should be a recursive definition (like RAW_STRING_CONTENT)

Yea, per #132 (comment) it looks like it was just a typo.
Just note that there are a number of issues with the tokens chapter, including RAW_BYTE_STRING_CONTENT is out-of-date. See #626 for some issues, if you're interested in fixing some more!
