Turn sufficiently old compatibility lints into hard errors It's been almost 7 months since #36894 was merged, so it's time to take the next step. [breaking-change], needs crater run. '_is reserved for possible future use as a lifetime placeholder, similarly to how_is used as a placeholder in types or patterns (see, for example, rust-lang/rfcs#1177).Earlier versions of the compiler accepted
