I am not sure this requires a specific bug since appending to ~[] seems to work pretty easily now; in any case this is not 0.6-blocking.

Allow allman style braces in `suspicious_else_formatting`

fixes: rust-lang#3864

Indentation checks could be added as well, but the lint already doesn't check for it.
