The issue was initially reported in #50203; starting with #51645 we raise an error when the options are both enabled.

The tracking issue for -Zprofile is #42524.

-Zprofile has been removed by #131829.

Coverage instrumentation is available through -Cinstrument-coverage, which should work fine with incremental compilation.
