issue-17718-parse-const.rs -> parser
issue-17718-const-destructors.rs -> drop (not clear why it was deleted, is it a duplicate of some other test?)
issue-77993-1.rs -> remove (after looking at the issue and PR introducing the test I still don't understand what is its point)
