When suggesting a type on inference error, do not use {closure@..}. Instead, replace with an appropriate fn ptr.

On the error message, use short_ty_string and write long types to disk.

Wow, I did not know we wrote long types to disk :D Could you add a test for the closure changes?

We started doing that sometime last year.

Could you add a test for the closure changes?

I haven't been able to minimize the code from the original report, I can confirm that the output in the description is the one I get with this PR applied on the project linked in the report. I think we should leave the ticket open as "needs minized repro" if we merge this PR.

@compiler-errors thanks! One thing to keep in mind: the replacement of the closure to use fn() or impl Fn() is dependent on the context, so we'll have to make it configurable (and check that upvar_tys is empty, because the fn() suggestion would be wrong otherwise).
