Thanks, tested this locally on x86_64-pc-windows-msvc:
profile = "library"+download-rustc = truecorrectly skips building stage 1 compiler, and run-make tests still pass.profile = "compiler"still has the same behavior and run-make tests still pass.
Looks good to me!
