Stabilize feature
atomic_fetch_update; thefetch_updatemethod forAtomicBoolandAtomicPtr.fetch_updatehas already been stabilized for all the atomic integers (#71843). As far as I can see, the reason thatAtomicBoolandAtomicPtrweren't stabilized earlier is that they were simply forgotten.Tracking issue: #78639
