Looks good to me overall! Please fix the rustdoc tests and it should be good to go. :)

Just to be sure: did you rebase on the master branch? I don't see any other reason why it would fail otherwise...

@GuillaumeGomez

I figured out the problem. The test case was trying to focus on the <h3 class=sidebar-title>, when it really needed to focus on the link inside of it.

Oh I see! Great catch. :)

Prepare 1.54.0 release

This PR builds the stable artifacts for the 1.54.0 release. Backports included:

* rust-lang#86696
*  rust-lang#87167
* rust-lang#87210

I was *not* able to cherry-pick rust-lang#87390 as that didn't apply cleanly to the stable branch. `@GuillaumeGomez` `@notriddle` could it be possible to get a PR targeting `stable` backporting that fix?

Also, this **enables** incremental compilation on the stable channel.

Closes rust-lang#87828
The issue seems to stem from rust-lang#87210 where code headings were changed from a heading containing code to a heading with the `code-header` class. `rustdoc.css` was updated, but `ayu.css` was missed.
