Installation:

You can install OmniPath plug-in directly from the program's app manager, download it from Cytoscape app store or install it manually from this repository as follows:

1. Download this repository or just the .jar file described in step 4
2. Open Cytoscape and go to Apps -> App Manager (it's highly recommended to uninstall previous version(s) beforehand, if any)
3. Select Install from File...
4. Browse the Omnipath-X.Y.jar file inside the target/ folder on the repository (being X.Y the version you wish to install)
5. Open the file
