Adding grass temperature and incomplete data set to weather data

• 1. grass temperature.(in others field)
• 2. Past 24-hour Temperature Difference (in others field)
• 3. record station reading marked with * for incomplete data sets to 'others' field.
• 4. add Solar related measures from the report.

Example for 1 - King's Park contains grass temperature but kowloon city doesn't:

Example for 2:
