Create a release ?

Would it be possible to create a release of this software ? This would make it possible to Linux distributions being able to package it to their repos :)

Is there anything that needs to be done for a release other than take the binary and put it up? I can make a release of my fork

In order to create a release,you create a git tag (as an example) or use the web interface to create a release. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/managing-releases-in-a-repository

I... linked to the github release I made. I know how to do it - but does the binary actually work? I've only uploaded apks before I think

If anyone is running NixOS, I've also added a derivation to nixpkgs for selectdefaultapplication (src).
