Reference issue in the SVN commit comment

When you commit a fix to the SVN repostitory then inlude the number with # in front of the number i.e. #123. Assembla will then automatically link the issue number to the issue. When you post the comment as "ready to test #issueNumber" then the issue will be automatically set to test.
